Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Return period. You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return. After this period, we will not be able to accept returns.
2. Conditions for returns. For a return to be accepted, the product must:

Be unused and unopened

Retain its original packaging intact

Include the receipt or proof of purchase
3. Products not subject to return. For reasons of hygiene and health protection, returns of cosmetic or personal care products that have been unsealed or opened will not be accepted, in accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
4. How to initiate a return. To request a return, please use the contact form you will find in the "Contact" section or by Whatsapp to +34 646 906 154 before sending the product. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
5. Return costs. The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error in shipping.
6. Direct shipping model. As we work with external suppliers, return instructions (shipping address) will be provided individually for each order once the return has been authorized.
7. Defective or incorrect products If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will manage the reshipment or refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Refunds Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if it has been approved. If so, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
9. Right of withdrawal (EU) In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide justification, provided that the product has not been unsealed.
