Shipping Policy

1. General shipping information

All orders placed through our online store are handled via a dropshipping model. This means that products are stored in third-party logistics centers located in different countries.

For this reason:

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the product's origin.

  • The estimated delivery time will be indicated on each product page.

  • Generally, shipments are made within 1 to 5 business days , but may be extended in exceptional cases (holidays, customs, high demand, etc.).

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number when available.

2. Right of withdrawal (14 calendar days)

In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users of Spain and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

  • The customer must communicate their decision via email or contact form.

  • The product must be returned in perfect, unused, unopened condition and in its original intact packaging.

  • For hygiene and health protection reasons, returns of cosmetic or personal care products that have been unsealed will not be accepted.

Important: Return costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or shipping error.

3. Refund period. Right of withdrawal (14 calendar days)

The refund period in case of withdrawal from the purchase will be 14 days once the return is received and will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. Considerations on the dropshipping model

As we work with external suppliers:

  • Products may be shipped from different countries.

  • Orders may arrive in separate packages.

  • Slight variations in packaging or labeling may occur.

However, we commit to notifying you immediately of any delays. It is also possible for delivery days to change during the summer season or during temporary factory downtime due to holidays.
